Frequently Asked Question

The fastest way to change a task’s due date is by dragging it to the new date on the calendar located on the right side.

Once a task reaches its due date, it automatically moves to the gray backlog section as a reminder that it’s overdue.

Tasks with due dates automatically move to the yellow or orange section. To move a task to the green or blue section, you must first remove its due date.

You can remove a task’s due date by either dragging the task to the top right calendar with the ‘x’ or by double-clicking the task and deleting the date using the red ‘-‘ button or manually removing it.

To create a sub-task in any of the colored boxes you need to single-click on the Main task first to mark it blue, then click on the yellow “” ball to create the sub-task.
Alternatively, you can make any task a subtask by dragging it onto another task.

Marking a task as done will highlight it in green. Done tasks remain visible for the day but will disappear the next day, although they can still be found in the history section.
