Sanotask Onboarding Guide

Welcome to Sanotask!

It’s your personal goal getter and goal achiever!

This Short Onboarding guide will walk you through how to use Sanotask to break down your goals, stay organized, and achieve more.

  • Enter your credentials and log into Sanotask or use the bookmark alternatively
  • Once logged in, your Dashboard appears.
  • Click () to create a new goal. Give it a title and Description. You can assign due date and task duration.
  • Write down small, achievable steps toward your goal.
  • For example, if you want to earn $10,000 per month, start by identifying why it is not achieved… Write it in the Solver (e.g., “My boss doesn’t pay me that much!”). Then, find a way to do the opposite to reach the goal—this is where we need to work.
  • Next, create a plan: What needs to change for the boss to pay that much? Or, consider finding another job—keeping in mind that you may need certain competencies for it.
  • Start listing 50 ways to achieve your goal. By the last 10, you’ll gain powerful insights that can drive real success.
  • By clicking on the ()  icon, you can mark your goal as completed.
  • By clicking on the () icon, you can upload files(images, pdf, gif, etc) and URLs.
  • By clicking on the () icon, you can delete any task you mentioned.
  • By clicking on the () icon, you will get a page PDCA.

In SOLVER (see above), Write your problem, identify its root cause, what to do, and how to do it.

  • Then generate its Progress report, mention the finished tasks, unfinished tasks, Next steps to do in step 1, 2 and 3. It will divide your goal in chunks and you will easily track your progress.
  • By clicking on the () icon, you can print your most urgent tasks (marked in red).
  • The fastest way to change a goal’s due date is by dragging it and dropping it to the desired date on the calendar located on the right side.
  • Move tasks across your calendar to set deadlines easily.
  • Divide big goals into smaller, achievable steps by adding tasks and then its subtasks. It will help you to check the progress of your task. If you use the progress report, this process happens automatically, as it requires you to identify the three most important current tasks to reach your goal.
  • Try to never have more than 6-7 tasks in your red (To-Do NOW) block. Having too many tasks can make it difficult to succeed that day, preventing you from experiencing the satisfaction of marking tasks as completed (green). When planning today’s tasks, ensure they are realistic and achievable so you can confidently finish them all.
  • This key provides access to a list of previously completed tasks, allowing you to review past work in the History section.
  • By clicking on this icon, you can simply search and track all your tasks.
  • Track your progress and goals by using Sanotask.

Thank you!
